hey regular unleaded went up to a 1.98 a gallon over here today! guess that's why I seen the amish diving their horse and buggy to wally's world!

Just heard that gas prices are expected to go up to 2.15 over the spring.

Heard the same thing over the radio this morning. Expect gas price averages to be over $2.00 in our area.
This doesn't amuse me. They do this every year. Everytime the travel season hits there's a different excuse offered for why gas prices go up.
In my world I see that the excuse is simply 'price gouging"

honestly, I think if prices went up to $3.00 a gallon, people still wouldn't stop driving...of course people would cut back on other expenses and cut back on driving when they don't have to...but I would still continue to drive everyday to work and school...Driving is like a necessity in our communities....without cars, we couldn't get around like we would say in the city!
